1hr free health assessment & 1hr free training session for every potential clients

Trial sessions: All new clients of RPT get a free 1hr fitness appraisal. This session allows you to come and see the studio and meet me. I will also do a number of fitness tests on you and this will give me an idea on how to write a program for you. Then we also offer a free 1hr training session. This gives you the chance to get a good feel for how I train and the methods I use. So in short you get 2 free sessions.
